The Kirkwall Hotel with stunning views to the north is one of Orkney's finest Victorian Buildings, perfectly situated within the historic town of Kirkwall, on the picturesque harbour front, close to the marina and the main shopping area, ideal for business or leisure.

As a privately owned family run business you will be looked after with a genuine warm welcome and friendly efficient service throughout your visit. The hotel has 36 en-suite rooms with a great range of facilities, our excellent harbour view restaurant offering an extensive menu featuring the best local produce has to offer, relaxing lounge, function rooms, lounge bar and public bar. For your convenience the hotel is Dog friendly.

Our 2010 Tariff

Standard Double/Twin Room – from £80.00-£100.00 inclusive of breakfast. These double and twin en-suite rooms are located at the sides and rear of the hotel.

Superior Double/Twin Room – from £90.00-£110.00 inclusive of breakfast. These double and twin en-suite rooms have beautiful views over Kirkwall Harbour, bath robes, slippers, and a DVD Player.

Superior Plus Double/Twin – from £100.00-£130.00 inclusive of breakfast. These are the largest rooms in the hotel, offering beautiful harbour views, desk area, bath robes, slippers, and a DVD Player.

Single Room – from £60.00 inclusive of breakfast. Choose from a single en-suite room overlooking the harbour or a standard double/twin en-suite room for single occupancy.
