Baile Neachdan is a charming, 3 bedroom, self catering cottage that can sleep up to six people. Situated in the rural village of Ardbeg it is 3 short miles from Port Ellen.

We have a large family living room with dining area as well as 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with both additional bedrooms equiped with twin beds ( high chair and cot can be provided by prior arrangement ). We also provide a fully fitted kitchen which has a 4 ring electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower. To the back of the house there is a wonderfully secluded back garden and patio area which enjoys stunning views out over the Mull of Kintyre. The house is also centrally heated and double glazed throughout.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

We also have parking for 2 cars to the front of the cottage.

We operate all year round so what are you waiting for?

Typical rates are :

High Season ( May 1st - Sept 30st ) Weekly Rate £425.00 ( excludes Whisky Festival )

Low Season ( Oct 1st - April 30th ) Weekly Rate £325.00

Whisky Festival , Christmas and New Year Rate £500.00 a week

The Week runs from Saturday to Saturday during the high season, bookings out with high season can be more flexible by arrangement.

Please Note :

A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure a booking with the full payment required 4 weeks before arrival.

Discounts available for a 2 week booking.

This is a non-smoking rental.
