All the rooms are ensuite with tea & coffee making facilities,and colour   TV's. some rooms have a small charge for tvs .Towels are provided free of charge for your arrival, iron and hairdryer is available for use on request. We can provide you with smoking or non smoking rooms.

 We have a fully licensed bar  to enjoy your favorite tipple and enjoy the conversation with your hosts and other guests ,or relax watch TV and let the world go by.

We are located in south shore and close to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach, which hosts the world famous pepsi max rollercoaster.A few yards walk to the promenade,were you will find south shore pier, grovenor casino and sandcastle water world.
